In the past 2 years, the world had witnessed major changes on all levels: the economic changes that are taking place, the Covid-19 pandemic that changed our way of thinking and lifestyle, changing also the way we see our homes where homes became our schools/universities, our workstation, our public space, along to being our sleep place…and the rapid technological evolution and the switch towards the Metaverse, crypto currency and the NFTs. All these changes left primary effects on everything around us including architecture, materials, functionality and how each one of us sees his own house
